Our condo #104 is situated in a two-level townhouse in Granite Court, located in the northern part of Whistler. The residential complex is just a 10-minute walk away from Whistler-Blackcomb lifts. A free shuttle departs every 15 minutes to the mountain lifts. This spacious apartment with a double bed and two sofa-beds can lodge cozily up to 6 guests. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need – a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a coffee-maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a toaster in the kitchen, fresh linen in the bathroom and a fireplace!

From the balcony you will be able to enjoy the stunning view of Whistler-Blackcomb mountains!

This spacious one bedroom unit with a full bathroom comfortably accommodates 4 adults. A kitchen, a bathroom, a private deck are at your disposal. Rack for ski/snowboard storage is available.

There is one big queen-size bed.

Two large sofa beds, a dining table for 6 persons, gas fireplace, cable TV, stereo and a telephone are available to you in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need: a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a coffee-maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a toaster, plus dishes and cooking utensils.

Ski/snowboard equipment can be safely stored inside the apartment.
Laundry/dryer in the apartment is available for use at any time that is convenient for you.
One reserved parking spot in the underground parking is available for guests travelling by car. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of additional guest parking spots.
If you are staying for a month or longer, extra cleanings with bed linen change are available at your expense and will be arranged at your convenience (just advise us if and when you would like to have it). Additional cleaning fee is approximately 100 dollars.

We provide WI-FI internet access free of charge.

Granite Court is located right across the street of Marketplace Shopping Area with IGA grocery store, liquor store, video rentals, post office, pharmacy, coffee shops and many more! Short walk to restaurants and bars and walking distance to Whistler-Blackcomb lifts. You can walk to the lifts (6-8 minutes) or take a free shuttle which departs every 15 minutes.

If booking for a long-term period or within low season discounts and special rates are available. Long-term rates for 2024/25 are as follows: November – CAD 3000, from December to March CAD 4000 per month, April – CAD 3500, from May to June and September to October – CAD 2800 per month, July and August – CAD 3700.

Cancellation/prepayment

When booking more than a week prior to the check-in date during high season and more than two weeks prior during low season the minimal length of stay is one week. When the aforementioned point of time has passed apartments may be rent for a shorter term by agreement with the owner; the minimal length of stay is two days.

Prices depend on the season and the term of stay regardless of the number of people staying in one apartment.
